This is a good read. Here’s the truth. Most ad agency’s pitch is “we save your company time at a better price.” — which is technically true. The problem is, most companies have had awful agency experiences to where it “creates them more work and takes more management, therefore doesn’t save them time or money.” If you can simplify the process for you client, and offer ONE thing of immense value, you will win. Niche up your approach and find your unique selling proposition.
